Grace Norman
Sr. Director and Chief of Staff
Grace Norman is the Sr. Director and Chief of Staff for the Baylor Collaborative. In this capacity, she supports the organization’s policy work at the local, state, and federal levels. Previously she worked as the No Kid Hungry Campaign Manager, overseeing outreach for child nutrition programs across the state. She also served as Regional Director and Child Hunger Outreach Specialist in the Texas Hunger Initiative’s Lubbock Regional Office. She earned her Bachelor’s in Agricultural Leadership and Development from Texas A&M University and a Master of Public Service Administration from the Bush School of Government & Public Service.
