Ivy Hamerly is a senior lecturer in Political Science at Baylor University. Her research and teaching interests center around comparative politics with an emphasis on the region of Europe. Her Ph.D. is in Political Science from the University of California, San Diego. She has been teaching at Baylor since 2005 and directing the International Studies B.A. Program since 2015.
