Kaiser Arnhart
Data Manager
Kaiser Arnhart is the Data Manager at the Baylor Collaborative. Kaiser received his bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management from Baylor's Hankamer School of Business in 2019. After graduation, he spent some time running transportation logistics for the H-E-B warehouse in Temple and then became a project manager in Dallas, overseeing many residential building projects from start to finish. Kaiser and his wife met at Baylor during undergrad, and now both work for Baylor only a few years later.
It has been said that "tackling hunger involves tackling one spreadsheet at a time." This is how Kaiser approaches his work every day, knowing that effective data management is key to any organization, but especially for a non-profit. We use data to create value from the intangibles of our various programs and projects in order to aid in research and help inform public policy.
When he is not at work, Kaiser can typically be found with his wife and dog in Cameron Park or relaxing at home. His favorite hobbies include drumming, golfing, grilling, and video games.
