Kerstie Nichols
VISTA Program Manager
Kerstie Nichols is the VISTA Program Manager for the Baylor Collaborative on Hunger and Poverty. Kerstie works with communities to fight food insecurity by managing VISTA members committed to working within Hunger Free Community Coalitions to increase their organizational capacity. Prior to joining the BCHO team, Kerstie worked in early education. Kerstie’s career included work in Early Head Start and advocacy work for children with disabilities. Kerstie earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Kentucky in Dietetics. She received a Masters of Public Health focused in Global Health emphasis Maternal and Child Health from the University of Louisville.
