Hunger Free Communities Leadership Program
The Baylor Collaborative’s Hunger Free Communities Leadership Program is a six-element training program for groups seeking to build a Hunger Free Community Coalition.
During the program, Baylor Hunger Collaborative experts work closely with participants one-on-one to guide them:
Through forming a Community Leadership Council
Completing the online Hunger Free Communities Certificate Course
Attending the Together at the Table Summit at Baylor University
Participating in the Food Security Policy Workshop in Washington, D.C.
Organizing a Hunger Free Community Coalition launch event, and
Developing a coalition through ongoing, personalized coaching support
These elements cover the five phases of creating a coalition, plus steward participants through stakeholder engagement, landscape analysis, and in-depth policy training.
