What should I wear?
Business casual attire is appropriate for Together at the Table. Because some event activities will require a short walk between buildings, we recommend comfortable shoes. Central Texas weather can vary considerably in November, so check the forecast before you travel and bring layers appropriate for both indoor and outdoor temperatures.
Are meals provided?
Yes. A light continental breakfast will be available on Thursday and Friday mornings, lunch will be provided on Thursday and Friday, and dinner will be provided on Thursday.
Please share any dietary needs when completing your registration. We will make every effort to accommodate dietary restrictions identified in advance.
Will sessions be live-streamed or recorded?
Together at the Table is an in-person event and will not be livestreamed or recorded.
Will presentation slides or other materials be available after the event?
Presentation slides and other resources shared by presenters will be made available to attendees after the event when permission is provided by the presenter.
After the event, a link to all available materials will be sent via email.
Will Wi-Fi be available?
Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available for conference attendees at the Hurd Welcome Center. At check-in, please ensure you receive Wi-Fi login credentials.
