Organizations that are exempt from Texas sales tax should complete the registration form and provide the requested tax-exemption information where indicated. To complete your tax-exempt registration, email your sales tax exemption certificate to amanda_weir@baylor.edu
Baylor Faculty, Staff & Students
A limited number of complimentary registrations are available for current Baylor University faculty, staff, and students.
To request a complimentary registration code, email tasha_roberts@baylor.edu before registering. Complimentary registrations are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Registration Financial Assistance
Limited financial assistance is available to cover registrations for attendees who need it. Complete the brief request form below before registering. If approved, you will receive instructions for completing your registration.
No financial assistance is available to cover travel expenses.

Cancellations & Refunds
We understand plans can change. If you are unable to attend Together at the Table, please notify us as soon as possible.
Cancellations received by October 29, 2026, are eligible for a full refund of the registration fee. Cancellations received on or after October 30, 2026, are nonrefundable, as conference expenses and meal commitments will have been finalized.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person at no additional charge. Please email tasha_roberts@baylor.edu to request a cancellation, refund, or registration transfer.
If Together at the Table is canceled by the organizers, registration fees will be refunded.
Accessibility & Dietary Needs
We want Together at the Table to be welcoming and accessible to all attendees. Please identify any dietary or accessibility needs when completing your registration.
Requests should be submitted by October 29, 2026, to allow us time to make appropriate arrangements.
