Hotel Accommodations
Conference attendees are responsible for making their own hotel reservations.
A limited number of rooms have been reserved for Together at the Table attendees at select Waco hotels at special group rates.
Room blocks are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to each hotel’s booking deadline and availability. We encourage attendees to reserve accommodations early.
Getting to Waco
By Car
Baylor University is located in Waco, Texas, along Interstate 35 between Dallas/Fort Worth and Austin.

By Air
Waco Regional Airport (ACT) is approximately 15 minutes from Baylor University and offers connecting service through Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW).
Attendees may also choose to fly into:
Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) - approximately 90 minutes north of Waco
Dallas Love Field (DAL) - approximately 90 minutes north of Waco
Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) - approximately 90 minutes south of Waco
Rental cars and ride-share services are available for travel to and around Waco.
Parking for Together at the Table
Parking for event attendees is free and available in the Visitor Lot on the south side of the Hurd Welcome Center. A circle drive on the north side offers a convenient drop-off zone.
Baylor requires a valid parking permit on campus Monday-Friday from 7 am-5 pm. Visitor parking permits are free and virtual, with permits tied to the vehicle’s license plate.

Baylor faculty, staff, and students: Please use your regular Baylor parking permit and park in the areas designated for your permit type.
Getting Around Baylor
Baylor’s campus is pedestrian-friendly, but we recommend reviewing the campus map before you arrive to familiarize yourself with the conference venue, designated parking, and other campus locations you may want to visit during Together at the Table.
Most event programming will take place in Baylor University’s Hurd Welcome Center, with some breakout sessions held at Truett Seminary, just across Dutton Avenue. The two locations are approximately a 3-5 minute walk apart.
Golf cart transportation between the Hurd Welcome Center and Truett Seminary will be available for attendees who need assistance.
Accessibility
The Hurd Welcome Center and Truett Seminary offer accessible entrances and facilities, with accessible parking available near the event locations.
Private space is also available for nursing and pumping during the event. Information about the location and access to this space can be found here.
