Jessica Beachum

Jessica Beachum is a graduate of Baylor University, where she was recently recognized as the 2024 Young Alumna of the Year. She serves on the Board of Advocates for the College of Arts and Sciences as well as on the President’s Leadership Council at Baylor. She obtained her Master of Science from Arizona State University and currently serves on the Black Arts and Culture Council at ASU.

Jessica is a Registered Nurse and is passionate about healthcare access and equity and being of service to others. In addition to her professional commitments, she co-founded the Beachum Charitable Fund alongside her husband to support their efforts to fight food insecurity and provide clean water access to families in need around the world. She is also the co-creator of the Beachum Family Art Collection which strives to highlight artist practice, provide education and opportunity for emerging artists, and expose youth to art across the globe. Selections from the Beachum Family Collection are currently on loan across the country at several museums and galleries. The Beachums have hosted two art exhibitions at SMU and Baylor with selections from their collection in 2021 and 2023 respectively.

Jessica currently resides in Chandler, AZ with her husband and their three children.
