Mark Your Calendar - Together at the Table Returns November 2026
The Baylor Collaborative on Hunger and Poverty will host its Together at the Table 2026 on November 12-13, 2026 at the Mark and Paula Hurd Welcome Center at Baylor University.
Together at the Table brings together nonprofit and community leaders, researchers, food security advocates, policymakers, students, faith communities, and others working to address hunger for two days of focused learning and networking. Featured main stage speakers and selected breakout sessions invite attendees to explore innovative strategies to end hunger through cross-sector learning and collaboration.

This year's theme, Bridging Division. Advancing Solutions., recognizes ending hunger doesn't require us to see eye to eye - it requires us to move forward together. Together at the Table 2026 will examine what it means to work across differences, build unlikely partnerships, and focus on what matters most: ensuring everyone has access to the healthy food they need to flourish.
Registration
Registration is available through November 6, 2026, or until capacity is reached.
General Registration:
- $175/person
- Includes all meals (breakfast x2, lunch x2, and dinner on Nov. 12)
- Parking available onsite
- Hotel reservations can be made through hotel blocks at participating hotels
Organizations that are exempt from Texas sales tax should complete the registration form and provide the requested tax-exemption information where indicated. To complete your tax-exempt registration, email your sales tax exemption certificate to amanda_weir@baylor.edu
Baylor Faculty, Staff & Students
A limited number of complimentary registrations are available for current Baylor University faculty, staff, and students.
To request a complimentary registration code, email tasha_roberts@baylor.edu before registering. Complimentary registrations are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

We want Together at the Table to be welcoming and accessible to all attendees. Please identify any dietary or accessibility needs when completing your registration.
Requests should be submitted by October 29, 2026, to allow us time to make appropriate arrangements.
