Jill Hatcher

  • Senior Director, Public Service and Innovation

Jill Hatcher is the Senior Director of Public Service and Innovation at the Baylor Collaborative on Hunger and Poverty. She leads the Collaborative’s fiscal and programmatic strategies to deliver scalable solutions to end hunger, aligning donor investments with organizational priorities and fostering partnerships since 2021. Jill co-led the team in design and launch of the Hunger Free Community Coalition Online Course. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Baylor University and a Master of Arts in Theology with a cognate in Christian Ethics from Fuller Theological Seminary. With more than three decades of leadership spanning higher education, government partnerships, and international hunger organizations, she is deeply committed to integrating faith, philanthropy, and social impact. A proud Baylor Bear, Jill and her husband recently embraced their favorite new role as “Honey and Bear” to their first grand-cub.
