Jill Hatcher
Sr. Director of Public Service and Innovation

Jill Hatcher serves as the Sr. Director of Public Service and Innovation at the Baylor Collaborative on Hunger and Poverty. She manages the programmatic efforts of BCHP to provide scalable solutions to end hunger. Currently, she helps oversee twelve active projects in five states with the support of over 35 staff, Research Fellows and VISTA members. She holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology from Baylor University and a Masters of Theology with a cognate in Christian Ethics from Fuller Theological Seminary. Before joining BCHP, her career has included work directly with federal and state offices and agencies, as well as international hunger and poverty organizations.
