Keisha Givens
Program Coordinator, North Texas

Keisha Givens is the Program Coordinator for the North Texas region of the Baylor Collaborative, where she collaborates closely with the Dallas Coalition for Hunger Solutions. With her experience in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), Human Resources and Partnership Management, Keisha is dedicated to fostering inclusive workplace environments and implementing strategic HR processes.
Prior to her role at the Baylor Collaborative, Keisha has held positions as a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Program Manager and Human Resources Project Manager. She is recognized for her talent in forging connections with partners and customers, and for her innovative approach to enhancing cultural competencies and promoting inclusivity. Keisha leverages data-driven insights and implements best practices to achieve impactful results in her initiatives.
Keisha holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism from Sam Houston State University. She has also completed certifications in Leading Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for Strategic Change from Northwestern University and the Management Accelerator program from McKinsey & Company Connected Leaders Academy.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Keisha is a sports enthusiast and enjoys traveling with her husband, Brian, exploring new cultures, and creating lasting memories with her young adult sons, Brandon and Kyle.
