Kevin Cherry

Kevin is a lawyer representing clients in business transactions, primarily real estate transactions. He began practicing law in Dallas, Texas in 1982 and has worked with a large Texas based law firm, real estate company, and since 1991 with a small Dallas law firm specializing in real estate transactions and litigation. His clients include real estate developers, real estate investors, churches and ministries, hospitals, financial institutions, special servicers, and private debt lenders.
Kevin received both a JD and BA from Baylor University. He has been recognized by Texas Monthly Magazine as a Super Lawyer for Real Estate, as well as by D Magazine as the Best Lawyer in Dallas for Real Estate.
He is a member of national, state and local bar associations and local and national real estate trade groups. Kevin has volunteered with local churches, schools, ministries, and Baylor University.
Kevin and his wife Kris make their home and raised their four children in Dallas, Texas.
