Megan Henderson

Megan Henderson currently serves as Assistant Vice President for Brand Integration in the division of Marketing and Communications at Baylor University. Her team is responsible for the production of marketing campaigns across the University and works in close partnership with stakeholders in the academy to manage and promote Baylor’s brand.
Megan previously worked in marketing and communications for the San Diego Zoo Wildlife Alliance before returning to Baylor to continue to grow her career in marketing. She also currently serves as an adjunct professor in Baylor’s department of journalism, public relations and new media.
From 2018-2022, Megan was a member of the Waco Montessori School Board, serving as president in 2020 and past president in 2021. She currently serves on the Waco Independent Schools Foundation board.
Megan earned both her B.F.A. in graphic design and photography and her M.A. in journalism/public relations from Baylor. She and her husband, Sam, who is an assistant professor of theatre and film at Baylor, have two children, Karis and Miles.
